License

This License is made effective as of the date of the purchase of a exclusive beat/sample pack purchase between the buyer (“You” “Licensee”) and Deep Music.

A. Delivery

1. Once the payment is made, the beat/sample pack will be delivered via e-mail as a download link. The licensee can also download the file(s) directly from their account page.
2. The licensee will receive full beat(pre-mixed), and if it is sample pack, the licensee will recieve all items that makes up the sample pack without effects & Lyrics PDF (Vocals may differ in content of delivery but this structure is the base).

B. Usage of Beats/Sample packs

1. Deep music grants the Licensee exclusive rights to use the beat/sample pack in a new song.
2. The licensee can upload music created with beat/sample packs purchased from deep music onto streaming and video services such as Spotify, YouTube etc…).
3. The song can be played on any radio stations.
4. The vocals/song can be performed publicly.
5. The licensee can sell a paid download of the beat/sample pack if he/she wishes.

C. General terms

1. The license can be transferred to someone else. The license or the beat/sample packs can be resold.
2. You may use the beat name as a featuring on your track, unless discussed stated otherwise in the beat/sample pack descriptions

D. Royalties

1. All royalties (both master and publishing) collected goes to the licensee or the buyer.

E. Violation

1. Any violation of this agreement will result in legal action.
