We will either offer you a full refund or fix the files for you.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be able to refund a purchase you\u2019ll need to have proof that the files are corrupt\/defect.<br><br>If the issue of the refund is due to some other reason, for example disliking of the product or if you just want your money back. Your refund request will be declined since we only refund purchases with a legit technical error\/defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do i issue a refund<span style=\"font-size: revert; background-color: transparent; color: var(--theme-text-color); font-family: var(--theme-font-family); font-style: var(--theme-font-style, inherit); font-weight: var(--theme-font-weight); letter-spacing: var(--theme-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--theme-text-transform);\">:<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To issue a refund you can send an email over to us at info (at) deepmusicreal@gmail.com or contact@deepmusicworld.com and include the subject \u201cRefund Request\u201d + your order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank.
